without connecting the 1600 router in LAN . how to take back up of the router with connecting a single pc.

Plug it into the console port turn on logging a terminal emulator and then just do a show run command.

On most devices, you can usually load an IOS via the console cable; don't know if the converse is supported by it too.
Much faster to use a network connection. At the minimum, could could Ethernet to interconnect a single PC with the router. A command simmilar to "copy flash: ttcp: | ftp: | rcp:" should prompt you for IOS name and ttcp or ftp or rcp server address and then copy your IOS to it.

install TFTP server on ur PC and then you can backup IOS by copy flash TFTP
