Router Connection newbie

Hi everyone. Newbie here. Just trying to connect this quite easy network. It is for a GU project but I cannot get any switches or end devices to ping the router. Also seems like router connection is down. Can anyone help? 

Can also someone tell me how to connect those 2 Sales Tablet to the GSM Internal Wifi? Thanks in advance.

once PCs get IPs from DHCP, they seem to be ok; They will need IP of default gateway;  To make things go faster and to make sure that PCs get IPs in timely manner, your L2 switches need following commands: spanning-tree portfast default  

Router IP is on the interface vlan x but it should be on Fa0/1 - normaly it is assinged to hard interface

Router IP should be in the fa 0/1 but the switch are okay with the IPs on the plan?
