Hello,
Is there any way we can power down (shut down) the cisco router remotely ??
If yes how can we do that ?

Not that I'm aware of. You can reboot it remotely with snmp commands.

You can't because some routers have a (physical) power switch.

You could attach the router to a PDU, and turn it off that way via loggging into the PDU and turn the routers power outlet off.
