When i upgrade my 3660 router from IOS 12.1(5)T5 to 12.3(20), the router reloads in a loop. After recovery i got following outputs against show flash command:

Did you have adequate memory in the router for the new version , thats afairly big jump and that version has quite a bit higher memory requirements.

Yah, i had around 5.6 Mb free space

Got the cause, that is the memory issue. thanks for support.
use more flash:cash... command

I have checked on CCO and it looks like most of the feature sets of 12.3(20) require 96MB of memory to run. I gather from your post that you have sufficient memory and sufficient flash.
There are several things that could produce the symptoms that you describe. It could be that the image that you are loading was corrupted while being transferred. I would suggest that you load a new copy of the image from CCO (be careful to verify that the transfer is successful) and then load the new image to the router. reboot and see if it works any better.
If you still have the problem then capturing and posting the messages sent to the console during boot would be very helpful in diagnosing your problem.
