I believe you misunderstood the concept of Passive interface
The definition would be:
"Sets the interface as passive, meaning that routing updates will not be sent out this interface. NOTE: For RIP, the passive-inter-face command will prevent the inter-face from sending out routing updates but will allow the interface to receive updates."
You need to remove passive interface command from all routers.
Take a look on the file I am attaching. All PCs can ping each other.

hi, remove passive interface from se0/0 in router KB and penang. then remove passive interface @tp067376

RIP should not be on any exam nowdays! not sure why you study it? anyway, in case of RIP, make sure you run version 2 and no auto-summary command is present for all RIP routers.
