I would like to know what is the best configuration to connect 2 Routers 7206 to 2 Switches 3750 . The best configuration between Routers , between Switches and between Routers/switches . Thanks .

Go for HSRP between routers and switches..

We can achieve redundency if you go for HSRP.

Apart from HSRP, you can also use OSPF to vary the Primary Links & Secondary Links between the Switches & Routers. Using "COST" as a Variation factor.

OSPF - IEEE Standard Protocol.

Between Routers:

You can create a "AS" & maintain a IBGP Sessions (or) you can also create a GRE Tunnel.

Between Switches:

You can use OSPF single area "area 0"

1st Switch: Cost 10

2nd Switch: Cost 100

Between Routers & Switches:

OSPF can be used. But, you need to redistribute the BGP AS into OSPF network using Route-Map command.
