Hello,
We're actually troobleshoot our infrastructure.
We have several pairs of vpc switches. On two pairs, we have configured the same vlan (same vni,...) but with two different subnets.
Could this have an impact on the entire infrastructure (slowness,..) or only impact this vlan ?
Thanks for your help.

May be depends on the network, to get clarity, find out what services running on that VLAN, bring down one of the VLAN and see if that improves any ? (again this is based on the information provided here) (if they are different VRF - may not have effect).
if that improves, you can do HSRP between switches - use Primaty 1 IP addressand use seconday on other IP address. or you can directly configure Primary and seconday IP on the same VLAN Interface.

Hello balaji,
the vlans are configured on the same vrf .

Post example - as suggested, if you looking to use more IP address on same VLAN, user Primary and Secondary, they work as expected.
if they are vPC, always using HSRP is best practice.

Hello,
it is difficult to say give you an answer, since we don't know much about your network. What switches do you have (e.g. Catalyst/Nexus) and what problem are you actually experiencing ? Try and give us some more details...
