Hi Team,
i have configure two core switches with HSRP for multiple Vlan but primary core switch is pinging from all vlan but unable to ping secondary core switch from Vlans
Kindly suggest the configuration.

1. HSRP is configured on VLAN 1 and its allowed on all ports. So some important port is blocked by STP.
2. It is taking time for ICMP reply because HSRP is not stable due to VLAN 1 configuration.
3. Duplicate IP assign on VLAN 2,3, and 4.
4. Preempt is configured on both devices and having the same priority in HSRP protocol. Change priority on one device to make a stable connection.
Please correct that's all things.

should f0/4 on multi layer sw1 not be a trunk between the 2 switches , theres no config on it
is the hsrp fully formed can you post the show standby brief from each switch

Primery_Core_Switch#sh standby brief
P indicates configured to preempt.

P indicates configured to preempt.

Hsrp fully formed ...and tell me what configuration should be done on both switch fa0/4 interface
