Set Time in the L2/L3 Switch

Hi,

please help  me  to set  time  using  the CLI  in the  Switch of L2 and L3.

For  exp  i  have  2960  L2  POE switch  and  the Time  show 

POE-SW1-3rdfl#sh clock

*15:57:20.203 IST Mon Mar 1 1993

i want  to change  it but the  command  set clock  or  clock set  not working.

clock set HH:MM:SS DAY MONTH YEAR

Hi Saroj,

You should be able to set the time using the clock set command from priviledge mode. Config mode is not used to set the time. What error are you getting when you run the clock set command?
