Please could anyone let me know if theSFP-H10GB-CU1M= can negotiate down to 1gb on 9300-48-4g as it only has sfp and i dont want to use fibre.

Hello
Who negociate is the device not the SFP or cable. So, 9300 should be able to use 1Gbps instead 10Gbps on the interface as long as the SFP is compatible.
