SFP module compatibility with 10G network module

I want to buy 9200 switches witth 10G network module (x 4).

Are 1G SFP compatible on 10G modules? because, in a first time, i will only have 1G SFP

C9200-NM-4X (=) - they are SFP+ i guess, so it is compatable for both as you mentioned.
