SFP / Need to know with SN if CISCO SFP Module GLC-SX-MMD is genuine...

Does Cisco can confirm me that the SFP module with the following SN are genuine SFP module please ?

- FNS1529029F

- FNS1639036A

- AGJ1814R4Y0 (or AGJ1814R4YO)

Serial number tells me it's genuine.
Also tells me it was manufactured around 6 years ago, 2011.

Serial number with FNS means the SFP was made by Finisar. Serial number with AG means the SFP was made by Agavo.
The numbers after that looks like Cisco-branded SFP to me.
