Hello,
I need to connecte Cisco switch 3750 with a huawei DSLAM with FO, i try to connect them with LX SFP, but the cisco side (that i manage) still with led orange, and a lot of errors when a use show interface x/x.
please any idea

You got a bad fibre line. The value I've highlighted should always be "255" and nothing less.

Hey Inayath,
Have you seen a link type like this? "force-up"? I don't remember seeing this.

I didnt see it or might not have noticed it.
Anyhow this is the explanation for it:
If either device does not support gigabit auto-negotiation , disabling gig auto-negotiation will force the link up henc eyou see that. (AS you know the switch default to link type Auto).
