SFTP configuration cisco catalyst c1000

Hey guys

im trying to configure the sftp on a cisco c1000 
i followed the documentation
however when I execute the wr it shows no erros, in switch logs shows nothing 

everything is OK with username a password for the sftp user

everything is enabled 

firewall is allowing all traffic 

from the switch i can ping the destination

what im a I missing

i used the cisco 1000 documentation but its the same command and does not work
