SFTP doesn't work on 9200 switch

Hello, can anyone please help me to export the config to SFTP destination? I can upload files using winnows cmd but not from the cisco switch. SFTP is hosted on Azure

Which command are you using? Do you have access to azure from the switch IP's on your firewall?

Yes, connection is open on switch for Azure over ssh

I use command copy running-config sftp:

Ensure that the Cisco switch can reach the Azure SFTP server over the network.
Check for any firewall rules or network restrictions that might be blocking the connection.
Check the logs on your Azure SFTP server for any error messages or authentication failures that might shed light on the issue

This showsr far end SFTP server  denied  for some reason - check the SFTP Logs

on azure side it shows Unknown error 403.  I don't find any other details
