Hi Everyone,
I'm having an issue with a particular SG250-26P device where I can't log into it via the GUI. Unfortunately this is a switch in a remote office with no onsite IT resource.
The switch brings me to the login page as normal, but when I log into the switch it brings me to the configuration page but freezes at "Processing Data 70%". The switch is obviously pingable, and the devices connected to it are still functioning so it's really just the GUI that seems affected by it. I've tried to access it on multiple devices and multiple browsers (including getting an employee to plug his laptop to the switch directly) as well as with http and https but it always gets stuck at the same spot.
Any idea on how I can access it?

Hi,
Are you able to log in using the SSH or telnet? What is the firmware version? Have you tried a restart the switch?

Hello,
Both SSH and telnet get a connection refused message, but that may be because SSH was not specifically enabled on this switch.
I can't be sure about the firmware as I can't get into the config. But going by a switch of the same model that should have the same firmware it should be 2.3.5.63.
I have had someone restart the switch and the issue still occurs.
