Hi All,

I read about this problem online and it said to try https instead of http but this does not work. Login hangs at 70% for any account entered and from any workstation, O/S or browser.

Ideas?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding but I can't log in so I can't show you anything from the Web UI.

I have tried IE, Firefox and Chrome.

Is this after change  to https ?

try https://IP address of the device ? if that fails

connect to console and configure back as per your requirement.

I have made no changes and I log into this switch all the time.

If you mean connect directly to the switch with that special cable no I have not tried that. Assuming I can (and I assume I can since the switch is still working and logs me 70% of the way in) how will that help me get to the Web UI?

This is a bug in the web UI javascript.  The code used to notify users that their password is about to expire fails with an exception. The easiest way to temporarily fix this is to log into the console on the switch with either SSH or the serial cable and change the password aging policy. The underlined text is what you enter.

cisco-sw-0# configure

cisco-sw-0(config)# passwords aging 0

cisco-sw-0(config)# exit

cisco-sw-0# exit

You should now be able to log into the switch's web ui.  The password policy has NOT been saved and will revert to the default when you reboot the switch.  Click the blinking "Save" at the top of the page.

If any product support people read this, here is the relevant error from the JS console log in firefox:

TypeError: globalPoller is undefined[Learn More] home_foot_unloading.js:759:1

Had the same problem with sg250-10p last updated 2017...

It didn't worked to me. Instead I update my CBS350 from 3.0.0.69 firmware to last 3.3.0.16 and http page reload succesfully, no more stucking at 70%.

How did you did that if you can't use the WEB GUI?

Switch is innacessible via web GUI and is stuck at 70% we can't configure the switch anymore
