SG35010P LED blinking green and all ports down

The system LED keeps blinking green and all ports are down.

From time to time the system LED stops blinking and ports are up and running for a minute or so.

Then the system LED starts blinking again and all ports are down again.

Reset has been useless.

All done. Nothing changed. The stubburn LED still blinks green and the ports remain desperately down.

do you have any console output ? Can you access the switch through the GUI ? And if so, which IP address are you using ?

I have no console output.

I have only a few seconds to log on with the GUI and what I have seen is the following :

IPv6 address renewed by DHCP is fe80:8e19:b5ff:fe0b:65e0

I am using DHCP and IPv4 address is 1.192.198.1.10.

Switch responds to ping when LED doesn't blink. That is only during a couple of minutes per hour by slices of seconds. Otherwise no answer.

its connected to what device to get ip address, connect console and check.

It is connected to DHCP server which is ok
