You can manually set up jumbo per-interface - this is more of a small business so they have limited features.

how can i see if this port has got any jumbo frames on it?

do not believe these models can view MTU, either it is 1512 or jumbo frames
but you do testing 1 port to another port sending more than 1500 MTU to see if the MTU matches.

im guessing you do the testing via iperf?

ping x.x.x.x -f -l 1500 ( increase and decrease you see loss)
or
get the nice tool from MS psping
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/psping
or Jperf windows Graphics tool
