SG500-28P - Keeps losing Static IP? Reverts to DHCP?

Hi,

I have a SG500-28P switch & have had it for a few years.  I am noticing that periodically it loses its static IP, password, etc.  Just reverts to a factory setting.  i have reset the unit 5 times over the years.  I am using POE (about 20% usage).

I dont access the switch often as my network works fine but it is annoying to reset this once in a while.

Any ideas on whats wrong?

Hi

You could have triggered a bug in the firmware there are 2 more releases ahead of the one your on , I would try them see if it stabilizes it , its unlikely anything you configured on those switches that would randomly cause that
