These are small business switches, may be limited available (what you looking to get like cat switches)

try snmpwalk with OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.82.24.2 ( what ever you get output that is limited)

also get MIB file from download :

This is the outcome of Snmpwalk:

snmpwalk -v2c -c xxxxx xx.xx.xx.xx 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.82.24.2
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.82.24.2 = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID

how about this :

snmpwalk -v2c -c xxxxx xx.xx.xx.xx

There is no problem by SNMP:

snmpwalk -v2c -c xxxxxx xx.xx.xx.xx1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.1.0 = INTEGER: 65535
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.2.0 = INTEGER: 26
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.4.0 = Hex-STRING: E0
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.5.0 = INTEGER: 1
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.6.0 = INTEGER: 1
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.7.0 = INTEGER: 3
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.8.0 = INTEGER: 4
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.9.0 = INTEGER: 4
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.10.0 = Timeticks: (4294967295) 497 days, 2:27:52.95

iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.13.0 = INTEGER: 1
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.14.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.15.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.16.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.17.0 = ""
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.18.0 = INTEGER: 2
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.19.1.3.3.1 = STRING: "SG-550X-24"
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.19.1.4.3.1 = INTEGER: 1
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.1.20.0 = INTEGER: 1
iso.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.101.2.4.0 = STRING: "2.5.5.47"

Just suggested (not that SNMP not working), so you get all OID information.

if you do not see them using standard SNMP, then you wont be able to get that information.

download MIB file from site and using that MIB and test SNMP walk.
