I would like understand example 7-5 command but this command show mac address-table dynamic interface FastEthernet 0/1 doesnt work.

PT has a limited set of commands. Try show mac address-table dynamic. In the "Ports" column you should be able to see those learned off of Fa0/1.

Also, consider learning how to use GNS3
