Single session Bandwith for all traffic....

i have facing some bw performance problem in my network like , i got 30 Mb bw from my ISP ,  the issue is when i download with multisession then i find in full bw  but in single session i only got 3/4 Mb . Can any one give me some idea who it can be done.... , i know its possible but the way i am not clear , i want any user if Bandwith chank is free then in a sigle session getting full bandwith .

i have cisco 3800 seris router , 2960 acess switch

Tcp maximum segment size, sliding windows etc.
Basically TCP is not able to transfer more data on a single session in your case.

Other things such as jittr and packet loss might influence the 'download speed'.

Often the cause of what you're seeing is insufficient TCP receive buffers (search for TCP bandwidth delay product for more info).
