Smart Call Home on the ASA 5520 or RHL

Hello.

I'm trying to install a Gateway in Red Hat Linux to Cisco Smart Call Home Service, and reading about this in google, i find this info:

Smart Call Home on the ASA

This is much more simply to configure and operate.

I want to know what solution is more recomended and why.
