Initial Registration: FAILED on Dec 04 11:17:20 2020 CEST
Failure reason: Fail to send out Call Home HTTP message.
In the switch log i can find these error Message:

I had this same problem during the initial on-prem server set up. After reviewing this thread I found that I used an incorrect URL in the call-home profile. Failed to catch the details of the URL are different between the Cisco site and the On-Prem server.
From the user guide:
NOTE: The destination URL is: http://<ip-address>:80/Transportgateway/services/DeviceRequestHandler
