The spoolsv.exe file is located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. In other cases, spoolsv.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm.
Virus with same name:
Backdoor.Ciadoor.B
VBS.Masscal.Worm (vbs)
Hacktool.Privshell
Scan PC and check for any virus hitting it. also you may like to update virus definition files and windows security patches on it.
hope it helps .... rate if it does ....

no it's not a virus. it is located in C:\Windows\System32.
it's a windows process. but there should be a place from where to manage this process (stop it, define snmp community, snmp version...)
but i can't find where exactelly.
