Try to see NetRouteView – Network Route Viewer for Windows
NetRouteView is a Portable Network Route Viewer for Windows. Created by NirSoft, it lists the currently active routes on your network. NetRouteView can display destination, mask, gateway, interface IP address, metric value, type, protocol, age, interface name, MAC address and more. Additional features include the ability to add new routes, and modify or delete existing routes.
