Solar Wind Node Details

When I am adding Cisco node on Solarwinds and then i go to "list resources" in Node Details I can see "Cisco Serviceability Rerporter" & "Cisco CallManager" other than "Node Details by SolarWinds"

Can someone please explain why these call manager related details available on almost every discovered device?

It maybe new features added by a new NPM version. I don't see these fields under "list resources"
