I'm monitoring a vlan via rspan, but I'm seeing duplicate packets. The rspan is configured to monitor both incoming and outgoing traffic from th e vlan. My question is what can I do to stop the dupliate packets?
You can SPAN incoming only (depending on IOS version), or SPAN a port or range of ports. I usually try to find a single port that will show me what I want to see.
