SPF+ Can support less than 10Gb

SPF+ is fixed speed module and we cannot change it speed I agree.

What I want to know is data transfer rate on fiber link installed on SPF+ can be anything between 0 to 10Gb?

I mean in peak hours data transfer rate can go 8 or 9 Gb on the link and in out of office hours data rate even can go 1G or less than it

SPF+ module can support all data transfer Rate from 0 to 10Gb on the fiber link.

depends on the switch your putting them in too, most support 100/1000/10000 speeds in backward compatibility , some will only do 1000/10000 on newer equipment , but yes to answer your question the rate of transfer can go anywhere from 0 to 10GB but only again if the switch port your connecting to is full line rate and can do full 10GB speed , just because its says its a 10GB port doesn't mean switch can push 10GB per port

a nexus 9K would be an example of a line rate 10gb switch where you could push right up to 10gb on transfer
