Hi Scott,

It looks like your ipbase and entservice licenses are not in use.

License State: Active, Not in Use

For SSO support you need at least ipbase license.

Check the "show license image level" and follow this guide to make sure the correct license is used:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps4324/white_paper_c11-685524.html

Start from Figure 26 in the guide and note that since lincenses are Active, they are already installed.

Apparently I'm not very good at searching the internet, I looked for just such a document to no avail.  What a convoluted evolution to get licensing installed and activated..yay Cisco.  Anyway, it's now booting correclty to entservices and sso is enabled....thanks so much for the assist.

welcome, Scott :-)

Kind Regards,
Ivan
