I need to configure a stack on the C9500-48Y4C-A equipment, but it doesn't have the stack command option in configuration mode.

Do you have a license or enable another to configure the stack?

Cat 9500 is SVL you need Network-Advantage License :

Cisco StackWise Virtual configuration commands will be recognised only on a switch running Network Advantage license. The configuration commands will not be recognised on a Network Essentials license

You can try - license boot level network-advantage (write and required reboot)

example :

Hi bb.

Running the command to install the license, may there be any financial charges?

I would never gamble of putting a critical equipment into "eval" license and then turn on something like VSS.

When the eval license goes to "0", nothing happens.  But when a failover or a crash happens, the primary unit will boot up with VSS disabled.

This is to enable License - so you can test SVL -  you still need to get License from cisco (officially to use it)
