Hi,
Good, and possible to use 02 Cables 02x10Gbps (Ethercchannel) per chassis (Sup Card) ?
Yes, you should always use 2 links (Etherchannel) for the SVL.

Hi,
Yes, you can use '"SFP-10G-AOC cable" for the SVL between the 2 chassis. The SVL links have to be configured on the sup modules and not the line cards.
Also, link to the matrix for the 9400 series.

A quick additional note. You can have your SVL and DAD links on the SUP Engines as well as on line cards. The configuration guide shows "You can configure SVLs and DAD links on Cisco Catalyst 9400 Series supervisor modules and select Ethernet switching modules (line cards). SVL connections are established through 10G, 40G or 25G (available only on C9400-SUP-1XL-Y) uplink ports on the supervisor modules and 10G downlink ports on the line cards."
