I've a 3750-E stack with several members, the stack-master has a configured priority of 15.If the master is rebooting another stack-member take over the master role. But i've expected if the old master with it's high priority ist finished with booting, it will become master again, is that right?

No, If a new stack master is elected and the previous stack master becomes available, the previous stack master does not resume its role as stack master. There is no preemption.
