The bugs that I provided are also related to the standalone switches, I cannot share internal bug details.
I have seen this issue before & I do understand that this is a standalone switch.
Most of the times this would be because of faulty stack ports which cannot really be detected y the software. I also looked at the cases attached to the bug & found some similar cases.

There was a bug opened for this quite some time back,
CSCei29940
Please look at their details on CCO.
There are also some field notices released by Cisco, you might want to check if this switch is affected by one of those.
My guess is that this is because of faulty hardware, you would need to get the switch replaced.
HTH,
Amit

the Bug IDs you provided are related with switch working in stack.

========
STACKMGR-4-SWITCH_ADDED: Switch [dec] has been ADDED to the stack. Note This message applies only to Catalyst 3750, 2975, and 2960-S switches.
===========
Stack logs generated on a standalone switch, note that this is expected behavior.
Logs: -
Mar 1 05:00:33: %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from memory by console
*Mar 1 05:00:33: %STACKMGR-5-SWITCH_READY: Switch 3 is READY
*Mar 1 05:00:33: %STACKMGR-4-STACK_LINK_CHANGE: Stack Port 1 Switch 3 has changed to state DOWN
*Mar 1 05:00:33: %STACKMGR-4-STACK_LINK_CHANGE: Stack Port 2 Switch 3 has changed to state DOWN
*Mar 1 05:00:34: %STACKMGR-5-MASTER_READY: Master Switch 3 is READY
Those logs DO get generated, even on a standalone switch, during the boot process. The boot sequence is:
- Boot Loader
- Flash System initialization
- IOS Loading
- POST diagnostic tests
- Stack Master election
- Switch finishes booting in assigned role
A standalone switch can be thought of as a stack of 1 switch, so during the stack master election step, the stack ports are checked in order to detect potential connected switches.
