Hi For DHCP ,
1.If you have access to DHCP server, find out the scope of DHCP IP address range.
2.Once you know the range, use free tool Angry IP Scanner to find which machines in this IP Range are Up.
HTH...
For switches you need to have this info available in documentation, if you don't have access to Network Devices.

Hi
Thanks for the reply
I know the network range I have access to the DHCP server due to mismanagement the ranges and static ip addresses conflict that causes connectivity problems .
Is there a way where port of switch automatically disables where conflict occur

There is no command to do this..
All port blocking security features on switch are based on MAC address.
