I saw this on an interface...
spanning-tree bpdufilter enable
spanning-tree bpduguard enable
If I understand, BPDUGuard puts a port into into err-disable state if any BPDUs come in on that port.
and...BPDUFilter (on an interface level) ignores BPDUs.
So, if you ignore BPDUs how then can an interface be put into error disabled state? To me it can not, because the filter prohibits them from being seen.

you're correct the BPDU guard config will have no effect in this case.
