Strange Intermittent Connection

Hi everyone!

I have problem regarding my connection. I have many PCs connected to particular vlan for example is Vlan 200. In that Vlan all pcs connected to that vlan are statically assigned. Suddenly random PCs connection become intermittent and popup the IP conflict error but no same ip are set to the pc connected. How to determine this kind of trouble i experience.

What kind of switch is this?

How many PC's are connected?

How often you get the error message of ip conflit? Does this only for 1 ip or it picks up random IP?

what you get when you do show ip arp with that ip address on the switch? Do you see 2 ports mac address?

C2960S cisco switch that connected to unmanaged switch, then unmanaged switch connected to all PC's. it takes 10 mins to occured this error. it randomly pop up to the PC's. Sorry for late reply.
