SUP2T and C6513-E Fabric per slot

Hi

With C6513 and SUP720 we will have 20Gbps per slot on Slots above SUP slot and 40Gbps on slots below SUP slot. This simply means we cannot use cards like 6708 or 6704 and higher slots.

Now, questions is if we use SUP2T and 6908 and 6904 do we still have this limitation or not? can we use these cards on any slots and have line-rate feature?

Thank you for your help and support

(NB: Somewhat duplicating Leonid's information.)

A sup2T in a 6513-E (BTW, must be the -E chassis), provides up to 80 Gbps (160 Gbps, duplex) per slot.

6904, line-rate?  Yes and no, it supports two modes, performance (1:1) and oversubscription (2:1), the latter supports twice as many active line card ports as the former.  (NB: this differs from Leonid's information.)

6908, line-rate?  Yes, it's not oversubscribed.
