Switch 2960-S PoE+ dont start up

good day, i have a question.

i have two WS-C2960-PS-L V2 switches and they dont start up after i take them from rack to put them in another rack.

one of the two starts and i see "syst" blinking and then get green and then it stops doing anything.

the other one turns on all the lights (orange) of the console and syst,rps,mstr,dplx, but not the interface lights they stay off.

anyone have a idea before i put them away as broke.

How are you consoling in?

Are you using the Console cable or USB cable (not USB-to-serial).

ok thank you for you reply, i was affraid that one was dead already but i still have hope for the other one.

I connect true console cable.
