It's solved by a reboot of the switch, i need your assistance to know what exactly is wrong and how solve this issue once for good, i could have suspected a power environnment issue but it's the only equipement disturbing in the network.

The result of the TDR tests after the reload is worst.  That's the bad news.  Here's the good news:  Look at the "distance".  Change the patch cables directly connected to the switch.  Maybe that's the reason.

12.2.35 SE is years old at this point, you should think about upgrading to something newer if you are still having problems.

I agree Glenn.

I did an upgrade of the IOS, it seems to be ok... am observing

nnnnd Thanks a lot leolaohoo for the document, it's really helpful.

Glad to be of some kind of assistance.

Hi Edithflore,

I want to know if the upgrade worked well. We have a similar situation, we just reloaded the switch and the issue got fixed.  It would be better do an upgrade or required an RMA for the device.

P.S. This switch is in a Stack with two others and its the only one showing this problem.
