switch default configuration not working

We have 24 port (catalyst 2960-x series switch) we are using this switch as normal switch means one up link link and other need to access that same network, but some how it will not work,

Is the switch configured? are there trunks or vlans?

Paste the show run and the show interface status.

switch is not configured it's a plain switch, no vlans & trunks in the switch.

we also try to configure vlan & trunk and then try to access not success.
