Switch Firmware not taking effect after reload.

Hi Team, 

I have This switch "WS-C2960-48TC-L" with  "12.2(25)FX" software version, 

i have uploaded "c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-55.SE10.bin "and set the boot system and reload the switch, after reload the switch firmware never change to the new one. anyone experience this issue before.

I would grab the "tar" version of the file, and use the "archive" command to do the upgrade.
