Switch is rebooting automatically

We have a stack of two switches WS-C2960X-24PS-L  and we are facing issue of auto reboot .  We have checked same software version and same image is running on both switch .

I don't see any bug associated with this version and no crash file on flash. I only see some security vulnerability issues (see link) but that should not cause the switches to reboot. You may want open a ticket with TAC and send them these outputs, so they can analyze them. They most likely recommend an upgrade specially since this version is 3 years old.

We have already opened a tac case and currently we are planning to change stack cables as per advised by tac person.

They have not advised to upgrade the IOS yet .

Current reset reason : 0x0

Reset reason means the stack lost power. 

Base on the output of the "sh log on uptime detail", it is showing the active stack has been losing power very regularly. 

Flash does not contain any evidence of firmware failure. 

The outputs supplied are all pointing to power issue as the cause of the problem.

As per customer UPS has changed at site and other switches are working fine no power supply loss .
