switch mode bundle

Hi. Could you please confirm if below switch running in bundled or installed mode?.sh ver output dont display mode on the switch here.

Also please confirm if bootloader Version 16.6.2r[FC1] will support IOS Version 16.9.4 as we are planning to upgrade it from Version 16.6.4a to Version 16.9.4.

Hi,

On the 9400 series "sh ver" does not show that. Use the "sh boot" command  instead. If the device is pointing to .bin than it is in bundle mode. If the device is pointing to packages.conf than it is in install mode.

Thanks Reza, sh boot show .bin, could also please confirm if i need to upgrade boot loader version also to upgrade IOS from 16.06.04 to 16.9.4, current bootloader version is 16.6.2r[FC1] OR will it auto upgrade.
