switch ports not going up after unplug/plug of SFP module

We have a 1300-48P-4x connected on C9500-48Y4C-A switch. at first there is no issue until we connected another switch. We are unable to turn up the port. no fancy config ports are just configured as trunk. We thought we solved the issue when we switch the connection of C1300 to another port and reconfigure vlan on C9500. but when we transfer the connection of C9500 other port, then the ports went down again. Even when we put back the sfp module to the working port the connection never goes up again.

You need to post show the side interface configuration and show interface x/x out from bot the devices ?

what SFP you using, and what patch cable you using MM/SM ?

when this process taking place what logs you see on both the switches ?

This can be due to many factors
-Incorrect patch cable or patch cable fault

- Misconfigured ports, duplex/simplex mode

- incorrect SFP on one of the switches or both switches

-IOS compatibility issue, one of the switches cannot perform the requested function

-STP issue, the link is placed in a blocking state due to a redundant link issue

-A port security issue, a port is in restricted mode which can drop packets

- Unknown issue, as Balaji said the interface config and maybe topology information can assist us in assisting you.

I have several C1300-24P-4X switches connected via the 10G SFP+ over fiber. If I reboot one of the switches, I lose access to it until I disable/enable the SFP+ port on the upstream switch.
