Can someone please let know how can I replace my non-meraki switches with Meraki switches with same configuration ?

what is non-meraki switch ? is this from cisco ?

Meraki switch is all GUI no command level. so you need to understand other switch config and configure Meraki switch (for that we need other switches you mentioned in the post ?)
