Hey everyone.

My switch stack 6 members reload by itself.

Switch model WS-C3650-48PD

running on version 16.12.07

Last reload reason on switch Critical process crash.

the system-report on switch show switches are crash with the error SXE-WATCHDOG: Process = SAStorage and A critical process linux_iosd_image has failed (rc 142).

I need to know what is linux_iosd_image has failed (rc 142).

Process = SAStorage

SA = Smart (Licensing) Agent

And "linux_iosd_image" is usually used by telemetry and Cisco Smart Licensing.

That is the cause of the crash.

I would recommend raising a Cisco TAC case to confirm.
