I have sg200-26p 26-port gigabit poe smart switch in my company 

i want to upgrade that switch

which models are good to upgrade to?

How I can compere?

is your switch working as expected ? what is the reason for upgrade ? - make sure you read the release notes - since new verion has some bugs and caveats to understand before upgrade.

The switch has some hardware faults, so we want to replace it with another one more powerful.
But until now we don't know which model we have to buy
