is your switch working as expected ? what is the reason for upgrade ? - make sure you read the release notes - since new verion has some bugs and caveats to understand before upgrade.

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

The switch has some hardware faults, so we want to replace it with another one more powerful.
But until now we don't know which model we have to buy
